In the implementation stage the software developers start to write the code, then the hardware people will develop the equipment necessary to develop the project, the testing team develop the test plans in order to prove if the project is successfull or not. During this stage in the testing the developer can realize a fuctional testing and data testing. The data testing contains normal, abnormal and extreme data. The comp[any have to do a data conversion in order to convert the data stored in the old sysem to the new one, so the files would not be lost and also they can save time during this conversion. If the program present any problem the developer should solve the probelms and check if the program accomplish with the requirements of the user. With this the program should work perfectly and should be tested so in order to implement a new system, the company the employees need to be trained, they need a dedicated help line, employees can ring to get answers and also with the help of a user manual they can be trained as well.
