How fax works with digital and analog data

Fax with analog is the telephonic transmission of scanned printed material normally to a telephone number connected to a printer or other output device and then the receiving fax machine reconverts the coded image, printing a paper copy. For conversion, first you have to unplug the fax, then remove the phone line from the fax, then plug in new telephone patch line into the LINE IN port of the fax, then install a digital line converter and finally send a test fax, once the digital line converter is installed you will be able to use analog fax in order to send and receive faxes over your digital phone.
